RETURN FAQS

  • All products must be returned:

    - Unworn and unwashed
    - Free from make up, animal hair and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)

    If your items do not meet these conditions, your return request will be denied.

  • If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please head to our contacts page here and email us directly
    Upload clear digital images of issues found for the team to assess.
    We will contact you within 24 hours to work on a resolution.

    We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Hipster Hunter does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Hipster Hunter reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / store credit.

  • Got the wrong Size?

    No Worries, we are Happy to Exchange items, All products must be returned:

    If your items do not meet these conditions, your exchange request will be denied.

  • Refunds are eligible for full priced items within 30 days of receiving your goods.


    Please note: Refunds are not eligible for sale items, only store credits.

    Let us know what items you wish to return, why you need them returned. Our team will respond within 24 hours to assist. Once confirmed post it off.

    Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account.
    All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

  • Customers shopping from outside of Australia are required to pay for their return shipping costs unless they are deemed faulty.

    Any additional duties and taxes assessed by international customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We aim to process returns within 7 business days from the time of receiving your items.

    We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

    Please note: It can take up to 21 days for returns to arrive to our location depending on the postage times and the return location.

Order didn’t work out? No worries, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

We gladly accept returns for items in original unworn condition.

Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date you received your goods and we will provide you with a store credit or refund.

SALE ITEMS can only be returned for a store credit with $10 AUD deducted to cover shipping depending on your region.
